Each session utilized for the assessment process will be charged at $350 per session.

Initial evaluation appointment will last 45-50 minutes for $100.

If Dr. B is able to determine medical need for an ESA, the fee for the legally required documentation will be $250.

Please note, Dr. B will not write a letter of support for an ESA without an evaluation session during which the client presents valid information regarding the necessity of this resource.

$300/hour + $4,500 retainer

For any court appearance, there's a minimum fee of $1,500.00 for up to 4 hours. This fee applies regardless of the actual time spent or if the case is canceled or postponed once I’m on site. If the time required of me extends beyond the aforementioned 4 hours onsite, an additional $1000 will be owed.

Additional fees for court-related services are billed at a rate of $300/hour. This includes, but is not limited to, records review, report writing, waiting for court, meetings with your attorney, as well as actual testimony time. The $300/hour rate will be applied in 15-minute increments following the first full hour.

Travel time will be billed at $170/hour with a one hour minimum and in 15 min increments after the first full hour.

Initial intake appointment will last 50 minutes for $200. This is to ensure Dr. B and the client have ample time to cover important information for treatment planning.

Session fees after the intake are as follows:

In-Person Therapy, 45-50 minutes: range from $185-$265 dependent upon the type of appointment.

HIPAA-Compliant Telehealth Therapy, 45-50 minutes: $190 ($5 fee added for the cost of HIPAA-compliant telemedicine programs).

Initial intake appointment will last 60 minutes for $215. This is to ensure Dr. B and the clients have ample time to cover important information for treatment planning.

Session fees after the intake are as follows:

45 minutes: $195

60 minutes: $260

Sessions longer than 45 minutes will incur a prorated rate based on Dr. B’s regular 45-minute session fee, along with an additional $20 fee to accommodate resulting scheduling impact and constraints. Supervision hours and requirements can be discussed with Dr. B at the onset of the supervision relationship. The cost of each supervision meeting will be prorated based on the hourly rate of $85.
